Cllr Steve Swan has lived in Orton Wistow for the past 35 years, having moved there from Northamptonshire. He is now retired having been a qualified Civil Engineer employed most of his life with Anglian Water. His later role was that of Programme Manager responsible for the delivery of major capital engineering projects on time, to the required cost and quality.
He is particularly interested in all future development in our area and that it brings benefit and not detriment for our community.
